We will choose three candidates (either individuals or a group seeking one loan together) and you will then vote for the candidate who you think should get his or her loan funded.  The winner will then have his or her loan funded partially by Sudhoo.  Each candidate represents a level of risk of which Sudhoo is able to handle at that time.  We do not endorse these candidates for anyone else just because everyone’s financial situation is different.  Please read our Terms of Service before submitting your vote.

How can I do more?

If you want to do more then you can give a loan yourself to either one of the candidates we chose or to any other candidate.  You can learn more about microlending and about our team at http://www.kiva.org/team/i_believe_in_sudhoocom.  You can also see some of the people who have already received our loans.  Currently all our loans are being given by the “I BELIEVE IN SUDHOO.COM” team captain J.J. Dharmaraj.

What if the winner has his or her loan fully funded by the time the poll is over?

That is great news because it means one more person has the possibility to end the cycle of poverty.  If this happens then we will give our loan to the second place winner or the third place winner if both the first and second place winner have been fully funded.  If all three candidates have been funded then we will not be giving any loan that poll period.  The money however will be used in the future so that hopefully we can have these polls more often.

What if there is a tie when the poll is over?

We will declare each candidate a winner and fund each of their loans.

How much does Sudhoo give to the winner?

Currently Sudhoo will give $25 for each winner.
